Some google-fu tells me that it means "The Title Says It All," but that doesn't stop it from being (at least) the third worst acronym I've ever heard.

Not sure what there is to be confused about. It's the same system we had yesterday, with less clicking.

Load 8 probes into your launcher, launch them either via the launcher or the new buttons in the scan interface (one for spread formation, one for pinpoint formation). Move/resize all the probes as a group by default now. If you want to play with individual probes, hold down Shift. That's about all the changes that aren't obvious.

The basic mechanics are almost entirely identical. The UI is a skosh different, but if you knew how to scan before, you really shouldn't have any trouble figuring out the new system. If something in particular is giving you trouble, I would be glad to assist you, but you'll have to stop being tantrumy and actually articulate what your difficulty is, first.
