Can damn near invent/build anything T2
9 Mil SP in Science, Advanced Lab Operation to IV
Starbase Defense Management IV
Cybernetics V
Can fly an Ark, Orca, Transports.
Decent start on Caldari standings (bove 5.0, so very close to being able to place Hi Sec POSs)
Neural Remap Available.


Implants:

+5 implants attributes(except charisma and willpower)
+5% implant for speed of material research.
+15% implant for warpdrive speed.

Particulars:

The seller (myself) will pay the transfer costs associated with the transfer of this character. The buyer will send the ISK to this character upon entering a winning bid or buyout proposal. The seller may end this auction at any point should an agreeable buyout offer be tendered. Acknowledging Mersia comes with a positive wallet, and a slightly negative security status (though may fly anywhere in high sec). No kill rights for or against the character. The character is in NPC corp and ready for transfer.
