strangely i never had any problems in this regard before the 'unscheduled downtimes'...

btw, ignore the connection lost and look at what my fitting window showed me :

That's 5 hours. So, you either don't want to tell the players anything about the cause of the problems, or, you haven't a bleeding clue. Either case is quite baad mmkay?

Getting kicked several times today, this socket closed thing is starting to annoy me, checked my router and local setup, thats working as intended.
The new Russian Launcher is kinda disturbing though... can't fix it with changing language there either :/

Wow, you sleep a long time then... I've been having these issues for almost three days now, and not just the launcher... getting disconnected in middle of game/fight/jump/etc. with the 'socket closed' message. After that not able to log on, not through launcher, not through .exe file in bin folder. After a complete reboot it worked again, but only for about 10 minutes...

As of this morning, I only have had a few glitches during logon, with weird popups, one time socket closed during logon, after which I found myself on the 'old' logon screen, which worked...

Now, no disconnects and no issues with logging on with the launcher... Fingers crossed...


Of course: as I'm flying my Iteron M3 back home, with close to 250mil isk worth of stuff on board, there is the disconnection due to 'socket closed' again...

As I don't fancy hanging in space with cargo like this unprotected (6000 people didn't get disconnected...), I've now docked until this issue has been resolved...

Crap, this takes a totally new look at flying cargo in high sec...

Hmmm...doesn't look like this is resolved.

Mass disconnects again.


Might make DT before server crash IF they push it. Be really bad service in couple hour I bet.

Quite disappointing that I've just returned to EVE after 8 months due to finance reasons, and this happens on my long weekend.
1 day of 3 successfully ruined. :(
