Has anyone seen or heard of someone seeing a Rogue Drone Officer yet?

Not personally, but Entity recently bought a Officer Drone Link Augmentor, which I assume can only come from a Rogue Drone Officer drop?

A buddy of mine has come across a couple of them so far. One dropped the omnidirectional tracking link and the other one didn't drop anything.
