Thank you for the updates, some of us realize what it's like trying to explain what's happening when you are just barely getting a handle on it.

I used to be a WAN manager, it's my experience that all types of things can go wrong, and will, even with the very latest and greatest software and computer hardware. No matter how hard you try to make something bullet proof, it never is. And the only time anyone calls you is to tell you that they have a problem, never to tell you that everything is working properly and that they appreciate all the hours and hours of work put into the system they are using.

It sucks when the server goes down and we cannot get our f ix, but I think most of us understand that it;'s not something you can foresee and that naturally the employees of CCP want to get the server back up as soon as possible.

I for one appreciate all the hard work and energy that has gone into creating EVE, and it's extremely complex systems. Keep up the good work, and thank you for the updates, it's nice to know it's being worked on and will eventually be back.

I was able to Log in with the Launcher, but the Login box was in Russian.

The links and everything else was in English.

The first connection was a socket failure; the second was a successful log in.
