Yes, she mentions EVE, but that's not the most interesting thing about her talk. Maybe I think too much like the ancient greeks did, but I have a hard time separating design from art; or anything from art, for that matter.

edit: When I started EVE 3 years ago, I never, ever would have thought a curator from the freaking MoMA would be talking at FanFest. It's a big thrill for me. Curators are hardly ever so public.

Oh, then I'll just let this thread die. Sometimes I wish the image EVE players have of being more mature and cultured would be true for most.

I think curators can be as pathetic as critics sometimes; however, I do like the honesty and simplicity with which Mrs. Antonelli sees design, even though I think there's an art form in it.

simplicity in itself can be art, ergo a simple design can be art too.
