Player Features and Ideas Discussion

Here is my basic idea and reasoning.

I believe Nullsec where concord has little to no influence should be effected more by capsuleers actions and the actions should effect the systems security status.

for example say we have 2 systems a -0.64 system and a -0.94 system

Everyone would want to "rat" in the -0.9 system and rightfully so it has better sites and a chance for officer sporns, the security status should increase as the "pirate" faction in the system is being destroyed thus making the system a little bit safer as each pirate dies.

so say it takes 10000 NPC ships to be killed in the system for the system sec status to drop from -9.4 to -9.3 another 10000 to -9.2 and so on up to a maximum of +/- 2.5 so in effect a system with a base of -0.94 could go as high as -1.0 and as low as -6.9

Tho at the same time as the -0.94 system is getting safer because of people killing the pirates on mass the -0.64 system that nobody "rats" in because the system next door was just better becomes more dangerous and the sec status slowly begins to decrease

say -0.1 every week if the 10k kills a week threshold so after a week the the only 3000 kills were made in the 6.4 system failing to meet the 10k kills so the system drops to -6.5 again to the maximum of +/- 2.5

this will give players and corps more control of there space as well as allow some areas of space.

This is only a basic concept of the idea and the numbers of kills/weekly effect maybe off by a lot ccp with there mountains of data im sure would come up with better figures to make it fair

would like to here your opinions on the idea. criticism's or praise
