Moon mining in 0.4?

As the title says, can it be done? Scouted out some moons with materials on them and looking at the various wiki's and whatnot, it seems as if it needs to be in .3 or lower.

Has to be 0.3 or lower. And good luck getting any sort of worthwhile moon. They've all been scooped up.
