Buying Hulk/Exhumer/Miner pilot

As per the title, I am looking to purchase one more mining toon, preferably the sooner the better.

Exhumers 5, Mining 5 are both an absolute must. If any character does not have these two skills, maxed, I'm not interested.

Skills I am looking for, and may pay higher accordingly:

Ability to use all or most mining crystals
Capacitor skills maxed on nearly maxed
Shield tanking skills (T2, shield comps to 3 or 4)
Mining upgrades 5
Mining drones 5
Ability to use hobgoblin IIs
Electronics 5
Ice harvesting 5

Anything else, combat skills, other ships flown, I couldn't care less about.

Price will vary between 2.5 and 4.25 bil, per character, depending on the characters abilities. May negotiate higher, in exceptional cases.

I do, but I think that the character you are trying to sell, would warrant a much higher pricetag than the 4.5 I'd be able to offer, no?

FYI - i've purchased a few 25-35mil sp indy pilots for 4.5b so it's not far fetched.
