Glad i logged back in today for a while........see nothings changed.....im offline guess ill have to fix more things that worked fine before

I got the blasted thing to work after a few tries and I can run it from a shortcut.

Gripes:
- The account name pulldown does not seem to work (only my main account is visible, not the others)
- I cannot say I like the extra click (PLAY) needed to start the client. Note that 99.99% of the times I log in I want the client, not other services. Please make 'show service window' a checkbox under the login prompt.
- The client prints some texts on top of each other during client start.

I don't like the new launcher. Looks childish and completely bypasses the usual login screen. I actually liked seeing the start up screen.

after trying everything suggested on here, and failing, i used the repair tool in the EVE folder, and although that failed aswell, i am now in game !

Running repair.exe as admin, then opening the game via ExeFile.exe has fixed it for me.

Repair fixed it for me. Chriba's patch kept trying to install over and over.

Of course i had to bypass the launcher but at least repair got me the latest client version,

Come on CCP /facepalm.

Experiencing the same issues as everyone else, including the Bin not working. I think the real question is when will another patch be pushed that fixes this current fiasco? Additionally will the fix either make the “newest” launch actually work? Or will it remove the failed attempt and revert back to the known functioning launcher?

I launch it, very loonnng ...... then I got this below inside launcher :

or it's white screen, just title EVE Online Lancher v.2.1.539169

or content is about None.com from Network Solution ..

Other things to do instead of crying like a sissy:

1. Learn to speak mandarin

2. Try Star Trek Online (oh wait that is down too)

3. Play some minecraft (better graphics than eve right now)

4. watch your dog drink from the toilet (I did, then she gave my gf a kiss) lols

5. Go back to work and accomplish something

6. read a dirty magazine and touch yourself

7. complete your online homework from college and make funny troll postings on a crybaby topic

8. Read every post in here and like every single one of them

9. draw your own tattoo

10. apply for a job at the best company in iceland; CCP

Well I can run the app from the bin folder and it works fine but no luck with trying to launch the new launcher.
