just a thought that ccp should include more jovin tec but make it so you have to scan them down but not in each system and when found and researched would provide tec towards bulding your own jovin ships wot you guys think......

Personally, I think you need English III and English Grammar I to post...

As for your suggestion, no. Jovian ships are supposed to be far too advanced and powerful for regular capsuleer use. Besides, we already have basically the same thing in Sleeper tech: we don't understand how it works, but we can cobble it back together into T3 Strategic Cruisers.

The problem isn't CCP, it's the lore they created. Current Humans in New Eden are dumb as a box of rocks compared to the Jove of 1000 years ago. We literally don't understand their technology. It's like giving a $5 calculator to someone from Ancient Egypt, they would just stare at it, poke it, lick it, smell it, then toss it in the trash when they saw no point to it.
