This would absolutely have an effect on the economy and should be considered more carefully than by simply saying "because I can add a propane cylinder to my truck". Moreover, last time I checked did not see your truck available for purchase on TQ's market nor did I see any contracts for it.

my truck will be up on contracts this evening. you prolly couldnt afford it tho..

why was i refering to "my truck" (even though i do not have an alternative fuel truck) is the fact we can do that now, why cant we do something similar 3500 years from now? i think they would have the need, technology and capabilities to do something.

it would not imbalance the game, simply force people into the ice belts to mine. instead of me jumping from paragon soul up too gallente space to mine ice, i could do it locally at a reduced cost (dont worry, i dont now, nor will i buy your ice in the future)...
