So i'm sitting in my shiny Carrier, thinking where to jump to next go to the map (unflattened) and that nice White bubble which showed my Jump range doesn't seem to be there, did this get nerfed, am I bugged or what? Shocked

I didn't even know such a bubble existed.

To my knowledge (which is limited) the only way to see what systems you can jump to is to plug it into a third party jump planner.

It doesnt make much sense that you can't see your jump range visible on the map somewhere, but as to how to do it, beats me. I'm hoping someone knows how and this is just something I've overlooked.

Look in the ESC menu for an un-assigned function fro something to do with capital navigation....that could be it?

Don't you have to be undocked?

Edit: If that isn't it then maybe making a fleet might help. You do have fuel in it right? No one would be silly enough to look for jump range without fuel in their ship?
