Hey Everyone,

I'm really keen on getting my Pilgrim fully kitted out for low-sec exploration, and as such I'm coming here for advice on what skills I will need. I'm a relatively new player with around 4mil SPs, and I want to use exploration as my primary focus for the next year or 2 before moving into other activities.

I'm using EVEmon to plan out my char for the long haul. Here is idea of what I've been thinking so far (Certificates):

"Core":
Core Fitting (Improved/Elite)
Core Capacitor (Elite)
Core Targeting (Standard/Elite)
Core Navigation (Elite)
Core Competency (Elite)
Core Integrity (Elite)

"Drones":
Drone Control (Elite)
Combat Drone Control (Elite)

"Electronic Warfare"
Cloak Operator (Elite)

"Navigation":
Cartographer (Elite)
High-Velocity Helmsman (Standard/Improved/Elite, idk)

Then of Course the Pilgrim itself with:
Amarr Cruiser V
Recon Ships V

This training is around 1 1/2 years to finish, is there anything else I should add or remove/re-adjust? any advice?

Seeing as how all the information given in this thread will be outdated in one month, then I suggest you wait until oddysey and then ask again. But for a start cruiser V and astrometrics V.

yeah, that is a good point. OK, I will train those two and come back after the release :)
