I'm assuming you're new at this? Characters take 10 hrs to transfer. Also, the OP may be moving assets, purchasing plex to transfer, deleting mails and contacts and / or moving the toon to the collection point. The OP may not even be on line...

These things take time... Usually longer than the 16 minutes you gave it :)
