And they've saved my card details on their site. To the point where as a test I managed to put an order through after the original without re-entering the cvc number AND after changing the billing address.

I've asked them to cancel the 2nd order and delete my card details from their site. Should have used paypal perhaps but wasn't thinking.

Anyone else had similar experience?

Woah post a petition as well thats seriously nasty claims if true.

Its time to stand up against the bad empire based CEO telling falsehoods about what new characters can accomplish and pushing them towards an in game experience of drudgery and loneliness keeping them in the shadow of ignorance for at nest their own profit at worse apathy towards all the experiences that Eve has to offer.

I've emailed musterbrands customer service asking that the order is cancelled and the details are deleted.

The two purchases weren't even on the same computer so it couldn't have just been cookies or anything.

People love making duplicate threads in these forums huh?

After the patch we're giving the market some gentle supply restriction, like tying one wrist to the bedpost loosely with soft silk rope. Just enough to make things a bit more exciting for the market, not enough to make a safeword necessary.  -Fozzie

Should probably check their terms and conditions, remembering that is it always within the seller's rights to not offer a refund.

Not in the EU.
Same with a legally mandated warranty.

I was having all kinds of shady problems with musterbrand, shoudla done amazon.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

~There are policies that are involved with giving customers refunds. Just like in a store on the highstreet, returning clothing that hasn't been worn and if it has them being able to not give a refund.
