So what happens if we feel the CSM does not represent us?

PSS A Dev posting in this thread while the Goon and CSM trolling remains untouched is also part of the problem.

lol thats funny. How many of those voters were alts made to vote? This is why this system doesnt work in a game where you can literally make more voters out of thin air. And please dont insult my intelligence by pretending ppl dont do that.
so its my fault I wasnt in the game yet when these elections were held? I should just stfu and deal with them destroying the area in the game where I live? And stfu with "well this doesnt concern you noob" cause its from the same mouths that say that that say we should read around and become informed about this **** in the first place

So what does say about the CSM then.

This is the what.. 6th, 7th year of the CSM and over 80% of player base couldn't be bothered to vote. Not really something I would shout about

But i just can t help it feeling that you and the other delegates are more interested in putting your own alliance with its people in a advantage aslong you are a CSM delegate, and i am not the only one thinking this

Don t get me wrong you have my respect all of you for giving up your spare time and time in your favorite hobby to be a CSM delegate, but as i mentioned in my previous post the majority CSM members only represents a minority of all eve players all because the big majority never bothers to vote or is unaware of what the CSM is

Heres a good question for the CSM, given theyre having fun frolicking in this thread anyways, I wanna run COSMOS missions eventually. I hear theyre cool, neat drops etc. Given you guys wanna put all the "good agents" in null, does that include these mission hubs/agents too?

Even more starkly, over 85% of the eligible accounts chose to ignore the last CSM election. 14.25% of the eligible accounts voted in CSM6 (the highest turnout to date though). Based on who was elected, less than 10% of the total playerbase voted for someone currently serving on the CSM (including alternates.)

So, being able to mobilize a group of people to vote could change the face of the CSM. 1,987 votes would have gotten someone a regular seat on the CSM. That's 0.58% of the playerbase.

Please check the facts before ranting. Every payed accounts have 1 vote, alts can't vote.

p.s. I am quite happy with the work of the CSM (and fyi I don't live in 0.0).

You started playing less than 6 months ago and you are already this bitter? Wow.

Accounts had to be 30 days old to vote in the CSM election. I suppose some of the candidates could have burned 2 PLEXes per vote, but that seems a bit nuts to me. The vast majority of the votes were legitimate, as you can see in the results dev blog where it lists players by account age. So yeah, you should read around and become informed, because right now you are not speaking the truth.

I'm not sure where you are getting this information. CSM has never advocated moving "good agents" to nullsec, though some members of CSM would be in favor of that, I am sure. While you are doing the crazy rants, you might want to look up level 5 agents, I hear they are only in lowsec!

Two Step... what percentage of the Eve players actually use the forums? If it's like most other games, it's a hardcore minority which is unfortunate.

I don't have exact numbers, but it is under 10%, I think. That is certainly an issue for stuff like the CSM, where most of the campaigning is done on forums.

Mittani has done allot of offensive things. But I find it odd that people take offense here.

It appears he is doing what he can to get more devs working on EVE.

Why would EVE players be upset by this?

CCP should expect that the csm will forcefully (if necessary and it certainly is necessary here) ask that they work on EVE. As EVE players, can't we agree on this?

It's not Mittani's fault that people are not thrilled with "walking in stations" and want more work on flying in space. Its not Mittani's fault that people are leaving eve because the only thing we ever hear about are microtransactions, new bugs, and how ccp is putting the game out to pasture.

Mittani is just stating the obvious. The players are leaving the game because this stuff sucks. He is also clearly representing the players when he says ccp should put more devs back into the core of eve.
