WTF, why aren't any of the roundtables scheduled to be broadcasted unless there's another fanfest stream, we can't watch the alliance presentations either... am I missing something or are we just not getting as much content as last year?

While I cannot give you the Roundtable you request, I can give you the next best thing.... a compilation of Roundhouse kicks done by the expert himself, Jean Claude Van Damme.

Enjoy.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Perhaps, CCP is trying to protect themselves from an incident (such as occured last year) and is sticking to content for broadcast that they are confident can be policed and controlled? It just takes one bad or drunken egg to ruin things for everyone else...

I guess, their broadcast schedule is pretty boring, such as "EVE is Real"... that's not EVE content tbh. I kind of regret buying the HD stream, they made it sound like all the stuff was going to be broadcast to simulate us being there. I guess not.

The schedule is pretty boring yes, ship rebalancing, economics, DUST, mining changes, Crimewatch stuff, completely irrelevant to eve players :)

TBH, most EVE players don't really care about Dust. And crimewatch didn't have much new stuff. Compared to past years this is very light on the content. The roundtables are really interesting where people can actually ask question to the devs and get direct feedback, those were always good to watch.

And the alliance panel is the single most entertaining thing to watch.

Economics, boring?

Surely you jest? Smile

Edit: tbh It is the first thing I watch every year, all the rest is just pointless fluff. I would buy the HD stream if they had more economics and statistical presentations and if there was more of it every day.

Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

Why won't the Alliance Panel be broadcasted? Are you afraid that someone pulls a Mittani?

There's bigger presentations going on during those time slots and honestly yes I'd rather steer clear of years of controversy around that particular presentation P, the recording will be made available soon after Fanfest along other presentations that didn't make the live stream.

I'm just sad because those were some of the main reasons that I bought the HD to watch live. Everything else I could have just listened to in lower res.

I could be wrong, but if there is an event like a round table that isn't shown on the live stream because something bigger is being broadcast I believe it will show up pretty quickly under the VIDEO's tab that is right above the chat interface. I don't think you'd have to wait for it to show up on YouTube.

As I said though, I could be wrong.

I can almost, almost understand going to a fanfest in iceland. Paying money to watch a buncha nerds at a video game convention though? No thanks.

After the patch we're giving the market some gentle supply restriction, like tying one wrist to the bedpost loosely with soft silk rope. Just enough to make things a bit more exciting for the market, not enough to make a safeword necessary.  -Fozzie

The replay was supposed to start 40 minutes ago and hasn't, just one more let down from the CCP stream team.

From what I understand, if you havent paid for a HD stream, replay of the 1st days events will not begin until the end of 2nd day events. CCP did mention this in a sticky already unlike last year where they replayed the days events at the conclusion of the day.

Dont blame CCP for being let down when you were properly informed. If you have purchased a HD stream, you can view the events anytime afterward instead of waiting a day like free viewers must do.

Unfortunately you are wrong. It would be good if it actually worked that way, but the videos tab is where twitch automatically stores recordings of the things streamed. CCP cannot manually add other videos to it.

i thought it was pretty strange that a huge party for eve, thats been going for ten years and funded other projects for ccp including a console game - they then charge extra for a stream to see additional content in better quality.

i said strange, im not surprised by ccps greed in the face of the most loyal fanbase of any mmo.

As well as the alliance panel, I'm unhappy the Apocalypse redesign doesn't appear on the schedule. I'm looking forward to seeing Tarn Adams on the third day, though.
