hi ever since i saw my first scorpion in space i have wanted one however being a gallentte pilot i concentrated on getting my gun and armout skills maxed out first. Now that is done and i have trained some shield and missile skills for drake full t2 fit and now want to move onto the scorpion navy that i have wanted for so long Lol.

I have been playing with eft and can get either a large shield booster to last 11 mins with 800 dps tank omni and 80k ehp roughly or an xl booster to last 2 mins with 190 ehp and same 800dps omni tank.

My question is what set ups would be best for wh's c2 and c3 sites solo and also capable of lvl 4 missions thx.

Any help and fits would be great thx and save the dont bring a faction bs into wh comments i have been in wh's long enough to know the risks etc thx :-)

P.s some bling is ok i have a budget of about 500 mil for the fittings in mind my large booster fit included a b-type booster and dread gurista boost extenders x2.

Fit a rattle. You should already have all the skills for it and can fit it to like 1k dps if you go max gank active tanked..

But isnt the rattler now a droneboat?? for group sleepers drones are fine but solo if they are doing more dps than you they get wiped out hence i am planning a scorp navy. I could be wrong im at work so cant check atm.

In my experience using a myrm solo it was a pain but anyways i dont have great drone skills certainly not for sentrys or t2 hvys anyway so am still wanting help to find a fit for a navy scorp. Pls link fits and explain pls as stated i want to be able to solo c3 sleepers and will be using cruise launchers for the insane range so no prop mod needed thx

This is what I use. No unnecessary bling. The Gist resists aren't expensive before I get any QQ. I use this, it works, end of. Will be even better with the CM changes. Should take the DPS up to the level of the current CNR (so around 1000 DPS).

Completely different ships.

The SNI is better for solo Lvl 4 Missions IMHO. A RS is good fun to use with a friend, but the Drones still get aggro like a MoFo - I don't use mine solo.

How does it compare to CNR in your opinion? Are Furies worth T2 launchers?

The CNR is a nice ship and produces more DPS than the SNI, but the TPs on the SNI mean it can apply it's DPS more effectively on BC and smaller sized targets. The SNI is a safer ship in the sense it's easier to fit a really good tank, it has the 5% resists per level and it's incredibly versatile. I've flown both, and lost both; the SNI is my favourite ship. The boost to CMs mean it will just be even better.

Yes, T2 launchers are well worth it. Fury & Precision are awesome with 2 TPs.

I don't see why people say that the drones draw so much aggro. I've lost maybe 2 drones since the change.

Also, the microjump makes losing a drone basically impossble if you aren't afk. Let them close in, zoom out, easy completion.

I sell drones and drones accessories.

I still enjoy using mine solo, drone aggro and all. Only exception being when wanting to move a lot as sentries don't follow and heavies draw way too much aggro.

You've been lucky then. I lost a lot more than that initially. I'm used to it now and know when to call the drones back, but they still take damage and it's not as black and white as you suggest.

I've used the MJD as well and it doesn't help for Guristas missions, the drones still get targeted and damaged.
