[Odyssey] Large and Heavy weapons

WIth many sweeping changes being made to most of the ships in EVE over the past year/18 months I've noticed that the weapons systems they use haven't been similarly updated or significantly reviewed. There is already a CCP thread up on large laser turrets and this is a good first sign but what about torpedoes, cruise missiles, HAMs, heavy missiles and medium railguns?

I'm not saying I know the answer but I think I know the question and the question is: with the hulls being updated with new or modified bonuses and new role bonuses are the hull changes taking in to consideration present or future weapon stats and if so, how?

In the near future I see myself flying a Navy Osprey with HAMs and minor armour tank. That's what I see but unless HAMs get some tweaks from what they are now it doesn't seem like a credible vision. I'll admit I don't have experience with HAMs much but I do have 2.5mil SP in missiles and I spent a long time learning missile mechanics. HAMs in their current form feel like they're underperforming. I hope they get reviewed.

Similarly medium railguns. Honestly on this particular issue I think it's just their tracking. Range is ok and damage output is ok but frigates and some cruisers even in missions become hard to hit and a lot of dps is lost. Fitting for the circumstances cripples other parts of the ship and renders medium hybrids as either using blasters or switching to a missile boat.

I have zero experience with torps/cruise missiles so I will decline to comment on them specifically other than to say EFT figures are horrifying and I think they could do with a range reduction (cruises) and an explosion velocity increase (both).
