Has been a week of diggin on this site and many others to find the right link. but no luck. to start i went straight to the full install and skipped trial. Played for a week maybe two and now since update at end of march i have not been on since. i Deleted everything...... trying to get this game to work first time most forums said to just do that. so clean start. One link that downloads is the online installer but this gets stuck. Turned off windows defender, windows firewall, shut down all malware and antivirus and nothing..... offline installer off eve does download but payloads do not. Torrent version sad slow, 1 person seeding? Repair can be downloaded but nothing to fix..... After many times threw all forums and threads and no real solution has been made. Any threads claiming to be solution are only bad links. including ones on eve site. Really? i know there has also been another update since. tried safe mode with network, and i am outta all options can someone reply with a clean start fix? is there such a thing?

Sorry to be to keep questions but last 2 pages of that link, which are the only ones relative to the timeline talk about launcher issues and not the fact that the game can not be downloaded. i have clean slate point in the right direction. please read first post to know what i have attempted to re download.

Fingers crossed and all that. It may be worth heading out for a 32gig USB3 memory stick, copy EVE to that and update from there in future? May save reinstalling everything again if your setup is giving issues.

My torrent is slow, but If I see someone using it, I'll give them about 76 kB/s, which takes about 20 hrs.

You can also use it to repair a damaged download, which will save you time depending on how much made it.

sounds like your ISP (cable/dsl/whatever) is being uppity about something with EVE. have a chat with them.

Also, have you tried rebooting the router/modem?

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Completed download with achieving 100%, download averaged 400-600 kb/s. Going to create restore point and copy to flash before trying to install. Agreed that wireless isp in house was effecting the DL, weird that teathering phone threw the same service provider seemed to work. oh well, will follow up.
