Check out Vicis Inter Astrum. We're growing at the moment, carefully but consistently. So I would describe us as small but active, particularly in the US TZ.

We're currently in Amarr high security while we grow and train. I know this is contrary to your post - if you're flexible it might be worth it. Soon we will put on leg into low security to continue training, and to make clear to the members what it means to be self-sufficient. Eventually we seek a home in low security, where the fights are plentiful and in defense of assets, but where life is NOT hours of POS bashing, NOT hours of CTAs, NOT empty roams and NOT political garbage. We expect to have a high security arm active throughout, as low/high makes good complement.

We're interested in wars when they make sense, in exploring WH and in day-trips to null - among our other pursuits in the name of FUN. We don't want to make any of these things our purpose in life. We're all adults with jobs and some with kids, and to us Eve must remain a game, always.

We seek other mature and sensible players to fill our ranks - players who don't spout garbage in comms, people who only make jokes about body parts they've seen and understand, players who do enjoy a dose of adult and juvenile humor but know how to keep it within bounds, players who want to play the game well but don't get high on the drug of elitism or killboard-police.

We're looking at all careers and all skill-levels. A low 5% tax rate and no micromanagement. Leadership positions available if you're into that sort of thing. Freedom to solo and small gang at will.
