[WTB] Pure Minmatar Frigate/Advanced Frigate Specialist

Looking for a toon between 10 mil - 30 mil SP who specializes in Minmatar Sub-cap (preferable below cruiser-class) PVP. Around 10 - 15 bil budget

What I am looking for specifically:

- Great navigation skills (Navigation, Evasive Maneuvering, Afterburner, Acceleration Control, Fuel Conservation, Warp Drive Operation all to level 5 preferable; level 4 at LEAST)
- Perfect or near perfect fitting skills (engineering, electronics, weapon upgrades all to level 5; Electronic Upgrades, Energy Grid Upgrades, and advanced weapon upgrades to at LEAST level 4)
- Spaceship Command to level 5, advanced spaceship command to level 4 preferable
- Minmatar Frigate to level 5
- Gunnery Skills (Controlled bursts, Gunnery, Motion Prediction, Rapid Firing, Sharpshooter, Surgical Strike, Small Projectile Turrets, and Trajectory Analysis all to level 5)
- Good armor and shield tanking skills

Go ahead and post any sub-cap Minmatar Pilots here but I will not settle for anything that is far away from the skills I have listed above. Thanks in advance, fly safe o/

Hello there,

I expect to fulfill your requirements with some basic prospects: http://eveboard.com/pilot/Kim_Kat

- Navigation and Evasive Maneuvering at L5, the rest is L3 not so far :)
- Engineering, Electronics, and Electronic Upgrades all to L5. But Energy Grid and Weapon Upgrades are nearly at start :(
- Spaceship command is at L5. But no advanced command yet.
- Minmatar Frigate and Cruiser skills are at L5 (in addition she is able to board all Minmatar assault ships and covert ops with skill bases at L5 )
- Regarding gun management queries she has only Gunnery and Small Projectile Turret skills at L5. All other skills are at nearly initial phase.
- Unfortunately she has no armor or shield skills well prepared. Only mechanics skills at L5 and shield operation at L3

Other than this she must have cloaking at L4 and all Loki subsystems skills at L3. Overall skill pts. total is not a bit more than 8M and not as your requirements. But maybe lesser conditions could mean some lesser offers according to your buying prospect.

Hey o/ I appreciate the post but I am really looking for a toon that is either spot on or wouldn't take too long to train to my requirements as I have my main where I focus my training. Thanks anyways, and good luck with your sale :)
