Can't SEE anything when attack by someone

I have turn on all the effects but some quality set to low and medium

but, when I am attack by somebody, I can't see anything lights or bullets or attack effect ......
and just some words appear on the screen

how should I do?

When a player (or NPC) is attacking you they will have a "box" around them. This box will either be yellow or red. If its yellow they have you targeted but their not firing on you, if its red they are.

This post needs a little more clarity from the OP :(.

Is it a graphics glitch you are experiencing? What video card are you running, are your drivers up to date?

Could also be some settings inside your options, I believe there are a few settings for turret animations and what not, not sure because I am at work currently. Sorry for the dodgy reply, but I don't really know what you are experiencing. Perhaps a screen shot would help us with your issue.
