They all have a positive wallet and they have a positive sec status and can travel any part of empire
They are all going to be located in Jita when transferred (or near it depending on if Jita is full)
All have positive wallets

dont really wanna sell for that price but it wont too much longer b4 they expire.... go ahead and send isk/info and i'll get the xfer started in the next 30 min or so

i guess i'll once again be making a new post due to the fact that the OP is being sold (seems to happen every time o.O...)
