Hello everybody, i am completly new to the game and have trouble finding the Agent mission panel. The tutorial tells me that it is on the top left corner of the screen, but in that panel i can't find it. There also is white text, which is not telling me alot either.
Quick help for a stupid question please :)

That panel on the right has 3 tabs (In the middle of the screen) Guests(Docked people), Agents, and Offices.

You want to look under Agents.

The agent window he (likely) means is the mission panel on the HUD (below the system name).

When you Accept it will show up under the system name (top left, next to your avatar picture).

It will tell you the name of the mission and it's a clickable menu.

Most of your questions, how stupid they may sound too you, were once asked by the veterans that help you now in the long forgotten past.

You are very right with that, however i seem to recall you going "Google it!" on a lot of people lately. You might want to think about what you just posted the next time you want to tell someone to ask Google...

Just a friendly observation, no slight intended.

You say that but if you also payed any attention he only said that on commonly asked questions this one is not common or is asked 3-10 times a week also op you can also acess the mission through the journal.

Always willing to help all you have to do is ask, though if you're in the other fleet I may not help the way you want. Just a heads up. Pub Channel: Lost Souls Trading Post

So you're saying 'There are NO stupid questions, but some questions are more stupid than others.'Blink

I agree with J'poll on this. We all asked 'stupid' questions at first. - Some of us still do!!!

But for the first timers to this forum, I think they sometimes need to be cut more slack.

It's not easy making your first post. You're scared of being the outsider in a new community, and saying something dumb.

And I cringe at the roasting some newbs get when asking 'what do I do now?' type questions.

Post on GD at your peril! - Caveat emptor.

But in NCQ&A give them a chance to figure out how it all works. Then roast!

No I do agree that we should not discourage new players heck I actual encourage people with questions to mail or convo me. Though one thing new players do need to understand eventually is that although it is good to ask questions you should learn to look up information because eve has one of the largest collected and organized bases of information put out by its community.

Dock up and check the panels to the right. Should be a good start.

Niklas Echerie,

Welcome to Eve.

The Info Panels

That shows a screen view with explanations for each icon in the Info Panels.

Since I'm old school, I just access the Journal in the NeoCom Bar (left side of screen) to view details of the mission. From there I can set destination, view the timer, right click the various icons in the details for information, etc. After reaching destination, I just right click in space, select the agent mission and warp to location.

The only time I actually deal with the new Info Panels is when I want to view, set or change my Autopilot route.

Hope this helps.
