Leap Motion Development Allowed?

I was wondering before I do anything if CCP would allow the use of the Leap Motion Controller to be used with EVE? I don't want to try and develop something for EVE and then get in trouble for it not being allowed P.

All "is this allowed" must be asked in petition.

Get ingame, click help, click petitons, submit one in Rules&Policies.

To be honest, policies tend to change over time. So it's best to ask one more time, than to push your luck blindly, if you have any doubt.

Asking a dev directly is far more likely to succeed than asking a GM, to be fair.

Devs don't declare, nor enforce policies. That aside, where would you ask devs? Email them?...
Petition system is THE RIGHT way to resolve any doubts about ToS.
