CCP care to explain the lack of the titans doomsday?

I believe there are still legacy caps left in HS from 'back in the day'.

DD is also hard coded not to work in low, where Titans are allowed. So most likely it's a 'Can only work in Null' flag rather than a 'Can't work in high' flag.

Actually, there are still ways you can get caps into highsec.. It'd take quite a long while, but it's certainly doable.

the DD never fired, the caldari navy supporters basically insta-splated the ship from what i understand


GM Kill command was used to pop the DED Battleship.
Local Channel RP stated it was the DD.

That is all.
Why didn't they use that on the Gallente Dreads?


because in the RP, the doomsday was being kept for an orbital strike against the planet.

Not indicative of corporate policy unless otherwise stated.

Supercapitals were never built in highsec, the only way there would be one is if a GM mistakenly placed an afk player back in HS with his supercap, like that nyx during burn jita.
