Who are the Primary NPC's who'll be involved in the Luminaire event?

  • Military Career history highlights
  • Personal Politics [if publicly expressed at any time in the past]
  • Notable events that may have shaped their personalities
  • Known family? (married, children, divorced, large / small family)
  • Capsuleer or not a Capsuleer?
  • Any other publicly acquirable information that may come up when doing basic public searches for the individual.



We know who the primary npc's in Eve are, yet just who did Heth give a Titan to? At this point we have a name, references to having been drawn out from retirement, and a singular, if long employment history. Note, while i'm not asking for a biography / book, a few splashes of color and character depth would be great.

while some of these facts might be known for more public characters... i have a feeling that most of that info would be hidden somehow regarding high ranking military types.

also consider that the capsuleer name of a fair majority of capsuleers is likely not their real one.
