I see we can declare for an organization. What if I wanted to declare against an organization? So I can show up to micturate in thier punch. Like, if I were Amarr and Blood Raiders drained my mom. Then I might not be pro Amarr as they let this happen, but I sure would hate the Blood Raiders.
