I don't know anything about Eve except how to shoot red crosses in hisec, but here's how CCP should fix sov.

Well at least this one is as pointless as the others.

Kind of a level playing field.

Now we just need someone screaming about how it will kill the hi-sec ecosystem and we are all good.
