So i see alot of people saying they hate the new forum but i just have to say im really liking it right now.. I barely ever used to post on the old one but with this one im posting alot more than usual..

I know people are angry about the NeX store and all the bugs.. I am too and i also want alot of things changed just like you all do.. But it seems people are bitter about everything CCP does because they only ever see the bad now.. Granted there are ALOT of bad things happening.. But some are good and shouldnt be treated as bad things just because you dont like other things that are happening..

Too many keyboard warriors who flame everything in sight just because they can..

Who else likes the new forum?

It's sleeker and faster. But I miss me my pictures.

EDIT: Just noticed the strange background picture... not so into that...

I like 'em too.

And I sincerely hope all the crap ppl put with sigs/tags etc. can be turned off if they are put on.

I like what I read to be fast and easy to find. It's a forum not a gallery.

I have to agree, the new forums load faster, look better, are easier to read, and even though I miss my signature, it is an all around upgrade.

I agree, having all tools in one place (EvE Gate) is a great idea. I can now be at work and do deals by EvE Mail to in game players, post on the forums, like cheese etc etc.

CCP Guard's Day | Wake up --- Make Coffee --- Read and Reply on forums for 7 hrs --- Have meeting --- Sleep on couch in Office

I like them after I found that Style addon to make em look like the old ones lol

Goons; infiltration at its best - first bob... now ccp itself. They dont realize you guys dot take this as "just a game". Bring it down guys, we're rooting for you.

eve gate is kinda stupid... i enjoyed never using it but now i kinda have to just to use forum.

FYI. Using the forums, Eve and EveGate are, and always have been OPTIONAL.

FORCED is taxes and death.

No one forces you to pay taxes, you could always panhandle.

Oh and no one forces you to die either it just kind of happens.

Also do you get paid by the word or post? I'm guessing post based on the brevity of your statements.

I like the new forums, especially because of the direct integration of EVE Gate.

It's much easier to look up posters and get an impression of their general stance on the game, ponder corporations and alliances.

Most important: not having to log on every quarter of an hour (apparently).


Also all that space makes the flames more bearable.

Ok, I will admit that it's nice to be able to look up a poster and see that they're posting with a character that's only 13 days old telling me that they are either a sock puppet, newbie, or paid shill without having to log into the game.

Don't dismiss such character so easily, there may be reasons for this. I'm also posting here with a character i don't use ingame - i don't want to expose my "game" character cause it could ruin business Smile
