Slight changes to accounts

First off I would like to propose two ideas in this thread, I welcome any constructive criticism as well as input. However, please refrain from all out dismissal of the ideas as stupid.

The first idea I'd like to propose is the ability to log out of one character and return back to the character select screen instead of logging the individual out of the account. If the person wishes to change accounts, they can always hit the little X in the corner or ESC and quit game, then relaunch. However, for those who have 2-3 characters on a single account that they change between regularly, it becomes a hassle to log out, retype pw, log in, select character....it would be nice to have it more streamlined so that you can log one character out, switch to another and re-enter the game. I didn't want to say it but Blizzard did one up you on this feature with WoW CCP, lol I'd love for you to make it a bit easier on us accounts with multiple personality disorder Lol

The second idea I want to propose is a change to the CSPA charge. As we all know, the CSPA charge is intended to reduce spamming of new players; however, new players aren't even sure what the hell it is, why its there, or how to change it unless someone shows them how. Not everyone sets their CSPA to 0, but a lot of alliances and corps require it for intercorp/alliance communications. Hypothetically lets say a corp with 160 players gets war deced and 50 of those players are new reqruits and new to the game. Continuing with this scenario, you want to teach them how to remove the CSPA. What do you do, you show links and talk about it, and send mails out. However, sometimes members aren't aware of these forms of communications or just flat out forget to change the charge.

Suddenly you realize as you are doing a fleet invite that you have to pay isk to send it to your own corp member. Trust me, its just an unneeded nightmare to do all of this just to change something that could be done by default anyway. If the person wishes to set the charge to 1,000,000 ISK afterward, that's their choice. However, I think it should be 0 until a person is aware of its intent as anti-spam.

Anyway folks, leave any comments, feedback, or alterations and lets get some attention of these ideas :)

1st idea is nothing new, was asked multiple times and conveniently ignored by devs.
2nd idea is meh, it is your business to take care of your newbies.
