Stain region: What are the current threats and who controls the region?

So yea, basically what the title said. Looking to gather some up to date info on the Stain region. I'd like to find out who is currently operating out there; ie who basically controls the region as well as the hostility of whatever corps are there (or trying to get in).

Fly out there and take a look. It's NPC so you can dock wherever you want.

Essentially, the big players in the region:

Rise of LEGION (-A-'s former Russian Component)
-A- itself is still around
C0VEN + any Stainwagon people still around
HBC roaming gangs

Rise of LEGION, -A-, COVEN/Stainwagon are all friendly to each other vs the HBC, which drops in to blow up important moon goon towers and whatnot and see if they can't get a rise out of the locals.

Basically, it's the souths Venal - it's a space ghetto for the sovless.
