Does anyone know what tags are needed in order to gain reputation standing with Serpentis? Where do you we turn them in at too?

No, there are no tags that can be turned in to gain Faction standing with the Pirate Factions like there is with the Empire Factions. There is a few Pirate Cosmos Agents available, however they are Guristas and Angel. Since Angel is allied with Serpentis, completing the Angel Cosmos agents will gain positive derived standings towards Serpentis. The same goes for completing regular Angel Storyline missions.

'The Plan' has a section about Pirate Standings.

No, that's not true. There's a few people who will give you a correct answer but for the most part, this sub forum is heavily trolled. You'll get a much more detailed answer when posting threads in the correct sub forum. Like this thread should have been posted in the sub forum 'Missions & Complexes' instead of 'General Discussion'.

Confirming if you google eve tags and stores or lp you'll find a very nice site. No one has linked it yet and I won't either as I've done the work for you already.

Tags for LP store is a completely different subject. OP was asking about tags for Faction standing, specifically to gain standing with Serpentis.
