Focused on Tengu skills.

currently training up my last +5 sub system, all relevents should be at 4 or higher.

Character is in neutral corp (API just hasnt updated) and has a set of +3s sitting in Jita Jump Clone.

Can run L4s.

Pilot has positive sec status and possitive wallet.
