I was just wondering if a month is a normal time to wait for a petition. I have had a senior gm respond two weeks ago now asking for details which i provided and now nothing since. Is there anything i should/can do?

Your only good option is to wait. You can do other things ofcourse like pestering them and making new petitions, but none of them will help you and will likely harm you or your case.

Next time you can try to minimize the time by providing all necessary details in the initial petition and accepting the first ruling, instead of escalating the issue. If those aren't an option for some reason, just be prepared to wait.

I think you should post on the forums and ask why your petition hasn't been responded too. ib4l

It's not normal at all to wait 1 month for it to be sorted. Usually you have to wait a month just so a GM can quote a blog and tell you something you already know before closing the petition unresolved.

I'd rather have a proper response in a months time than receive "Thank you for your petition. We will look into the matter and appropriate actions will be taken" in 2 hours.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

I have no idea. The only time I've needed to make a ticket was during that old bug where you'd get stuck in a gate. They usually answered in under an hour.

Depends how stupid the question is tbh.
In the past where I've lost ships because the servers messed up I've had a reply pretty quickly.
The times where I've done a stupid it's taken ages to get a reply.
I usually use wait time to judge how special I'm being.

Hi,

As others have suggested, the only recourse at this point is to wait for a response.
If you've escalated this to a Senior GM then that is pretty much your only option, I'm afraid.

Sorry, but you'll have to be patient.
