SBPD Industries is a two man corp looking merge into a larger industrial corp to help support T2 ship manufacturing. We are currently working on producing Caldari T2 ships and simple/complex reactions. We have the skills to produce T2 ships of all races from frigs to battleships.

Our intent is to merge with a larger indy corp that has a more robust industrial apparatus to help us cut cost on POS fuel and materials

We want the ability to anchor two large POS', or one as long as we cheap and ready access to materials that require reactions. We're not concerned with access to mining moon goo more than the ability to have our own arrays up.

We are not looking for a PVP corp that needs industrialists. We are looking for a strictly industrial corp.

Check out the British Federation, they do live in Libold, minmi space but they are a large indy corp
