I keep getting a white screen, at least 5 times during a 4 hour play session. How is this avoidable? I have changed video drivers and the issue is still not resolved. Any ideas?

PS, to the mods, yes, I have reset the game from scratch, with a new download, and I still get the issue.

When was the last time you cleaned the dust inside your PC? You might have a heat problem.

This is a known problem.


CCP is actually dragging their feet on this. They have a fix ... but it's only available on the test server. My guess is that if people start bitching about it like I've been doing in the thread below, this may get fixed soon(tm)

My PC stays dust free.

And I have TEMP meters running to know inside temp and hardware temps.

It's not a hardware problem. It's a problem with the EVE client. They know it but refuse to deploy the fix to TQ. We're just waiting on some ******* authorization from who knows who until they can unfuck themselfs :|
