How to transfer character in corporation?

I need to transfer character to make a free spot but due to some works he needs to stay in corp for next few weeks. Can i transfer him to another account without loosing already done work? ( if i left corp it will be canceled).

You need to be in a NPC corp to transfer a character, otherwise the transfer fails. Sad
