Working on putting together a t3/heavy Dic/Logi/ECM wh roaming gang

USV is looking for

-Pilots that are PVP capable
-15 mil SP min (exceptions made on a case by case basis)
-Able to access Ventrilo with a working mic
-Ability to field a command ship/logistic or t3's
-Ability to armor and shield tank
-Tengu pilots
-Battleship to help roll the static wh (This is a corp responsibility)
-The ability and willingness to scan (All pilots in WH space need to scan on a daily basis to operate effectively)
-Mature pilots that can operate in small gangs or solo
