Both of this api has two setuo for corporation and character, all of them has transactionID. Question is: are they unique? Can i store them in one db table (one table fo journal and one for transactions)? Or it's just column name coincidence?

Yes, they are unique... in the sense, that one transaction does not have different ID's in different places.

If you do a transaction on behalf of corp the same transaction with the same transactionID will appear in both the corp and character data. It is the same transaction, but it's then up to you whether you want transactionID as primary key and be aware you may have to ignore duplicate key violations for this case, or a composite key with the owner ID (character or corp) plus transaction ID, so the char + corp transactions have two rows instead of one.

What for? O.o
You'll have to tend to two tables, would transaction ids gets cut again in future.
