Dueling pop-up invite issue

Please introduce a settings option to turn off all dueling invites.
Getting bombarded with invites as my hauler leaves stations is going to end painfully at some point.

Ok, to start off just let me say, I am a Drake pilot. *ducks the thrown shoes and empty beer bottles* I started playing some 6 or 7 years ago and the Drake became my go to ship. I stopped playing a little over 4 years ago and jusr recently reactivated my accounts to find all of the changes. I have to say...

I am beyond pleased! If i am honest my little missle boat was over tanked way back then, I mean I fought a Lazer cannon battleship to a stand still with in PvP with a t2 fitted BC?!?! It was overpowered and broken. Now, post patch, not only did the "NERF" not affect me at all for PvE applications, i wound up swapping around a few mods and a rig, i do MORE damage and have no trouble tanking missions still. I cant complain. At all

As for the latest patch, one thing i have noticed is that sometimes while i am running my salvager, when i loot all then close the window for some reason my ships caro hold is open. All in all though i love the patch and the game.

P.S. Just wanted to mention, if it werent for the CCP guys I wouldnt have met my wife. We met playing eve. So sencirely, thank you.Big smile

Well nice patch..

My idea, i run multiple clients on a Core I7, 9 GB Ram, enough space.

Since the eve update. i see way more random eve-client crashes than before.

I hope next patch will issue multi use of eve client.

Also, i hope, after many petitions, they can fix the : How many days left till expiration banner on the EVE clients.
On 2 i get this message 2 days before we have to pay (or plex).

On the other 3 accounts, there is never a message saying something about a possible subscription expiration.

Also : when opting in for a 2 month subscription, whis actually 61 days of time, they just give you 60.

So it was a sad story for me this weekend, when i found out my 2 main accounts where expired, without even an warning.


Hope things get better in the end, i still like eve...but sometimes it gives me discomfort.

Reported the Expiration Issue a lot of time, now i thought, a good time to adress this.

hit esc, then go to audio and chat tab, check the box under dueling that says "Auto reject invitations"

We went from Supervisors frequently spawning in Worlds Collide to them almost never spawning. Given that most of the spawn were low level anyway, can we have some middle ground here rather than going from one extreme to the other?

Copy/pasted from the issues thread because I'm not sure if it's a bug or if CCP got drunk and did it on purpose.

I just lost 5 (not all at once) on the last mission and had to get help because my myrmidon is pretty much useless without drones. No matter what I did my drones got agro instantly. Yeah, had one supervisor in each side, one would drop something, the other would not, that was fine since we don't get WC very often anyway, but now?, it's like in a desert looking for water...

I like the new patch and fly caldari and for those whining about the ferox getting nerfed I use it for PvE and the extra high gives more damage (using standard antimatter with the 7 highs i'm doing the same as CN antimatter in 6 highs meaning when i get more CN ammo it'll be pushing the 300dps mark which for t1 rails is pretty good) and i haven't had to change my fit from before patch other than stick another 250mm proto gauss gun on it. I've still got the entire tank on it a prop mod and the rigs. I don't see what the problem with that ship is. As for others i can't really comment as i don't fly them but i'm loving the changes especially to the moa and for gallente the vexor as they are absolute beasts for PvP, with t2 guns you can be pumping 500dps out of the moa and have a 50k tank?? what's not to like about that? With the vexor fit i use the new honeycombing skill is making that thing even more of a demon in fleet.

For those going into flying a BC get that skill to 5 ASAP as it with the next expansion round the corner and racial skills coming if you get all cruiser skills 3, BC 5 and dessie 5(as you have to have frig 4 for cruiser) you will be up for up to 6.2mil of free SP which will put you at a massive advantage to those that join afterwards and really mean you can fit any ship with minimal skilling.

The same goes for the Nighthawk. For some strange reason the only logical place, the "top" and the "bottom" slot to put a cannon has been moved. Maximum freedom of movement (for rotating turrets and launchers) should be the guiding principle and a clue where to put the weapon slots. It make no sense placing a weapon batteries where there are a lot of stuff in the way.

For me this isnĀ“t a big issue but i looks stupid and even more when the guns and turrets have to shoot through your own ship hull in order to hit the target. A little more attention for details would be appreciated.

Audio and chat settings, bottom left hand corner. It has been there all along :D

Hi guys,

I m honestly shocked by what i see in this forum (complains) about the "drake's nerf" (about bc in overall), and the caldari's ships in overall again.

This is truly amazing how players can be idiot to the point where they can't even remember few days ago the patch and what they did with their ship.

What the patch did : You can't do no brain pve/pvp/wh/plex/bait/explo/ ... with THE SAME SHIP anymore. Jus like the other races. No more, no less. Yes it takes skills and time to fly it perfect, just like other ships, no more no less.

Some people are saying they "lost" such a time at skilling this ship with this patch. Just one answer to that : LOL.
Calm down guys, you are just pissed off cause you discovered EVE online. Yeah... you have to spend more than 7M sp to do differents activities in this game.
Yes, this cut off a massive nich of (no brain) gameplay where people were, in other words : Drake for whatever, nevermind the activity.

This makes me happy. Really.

I lol'ed much more about the reactions of caldari's pilots. Really. --> "Caldari's are broken, blabla, ..."
This demonstrated just one thing : How bad caldari's pilots are at fitting their proper ships.

This last point is heavily related to previous point, remember ? The point you had a BC that used to do everything in the game with "no brain skill lvl 5".

Now you have to swith on your brain, discover the other caldari's ships, the art of fitting and that's all about the cry i see here. Such a big deal it seems...

When are we going to See a Fix for the UI so we can toggle the targeting lines on the screen. I want to be able to have something targeted with out lines being all over the screen when I have 6+ ships targeted. We used to have the ability to toggle it on or off.Idea

I don't understand this. Wasn't it already the case that you could refine ore with 100% yield at NPC stations with 50% base yield if you had not so great skills (Refining 5, Refinery Efficiency 4, Ore Processing 1)? What changed exactly?
