Anchoring pos anywhere around moon

I recently heard disturbing news. You can only anchor pos to moon near moon default warping location.

I propose that you are allowed to anchor pos anywhere around moon certain distance away from it. This would create stealth pos since you cannot scan down pos. This would make life of small corporations in 0.0 space easier.

You can anchor custom office anywhere around planet. Why can't people anchor pos anywhere around moon?

This is where you should be able to anchor stuff, warp in location should be x km away from the object in the direction you come from. eg; there is no single warp in point per moon/planet/sun, just as there is no such place for stargates.

Also, stargates, stations and other static objects should be located at an Lagrangian point.

Oh... It seems that you are right. It says in EVElopedia that combat scanners can also be used to track down structures.

Here's my second idea for this subject:

1. Make pos non-scannable. That way only way to find pos would be using directional scanners and very fast ship. It would still be possible to find pos but it would take few hours to track it down and would need very fast ship giving interceptors meaningful thing to do. This would make small corporations life little easier since destroying pos would take some effort.
