Venture bonus not being applied.

I do not seem to be getting the gas cloud harvesting yield applied. The bonus shows up on the attributes tab, but it doesn't reflect in my ore hold : /

Are we talking about 100% role bonus? If it doesn't apply then something is indeed wrong.
