Budget is about 1.5B, basically going to use GTC to make up the ISK so If there is an excellent offer more ISK is available.

Still fairly new so not sure as to what exactly I'm looking for other than:

-Mining/Industry skills pertinent to beginner mining (mining/industry/refining V)
-Able to fly mining barge.
-Prefer drone skills trained, at least somewhat, or some form of offense as I plan to solo.

Contact me however, I'll be watching as I am very interested in this.

I think you need to wait 10 hours, since you need an empty slot for the character transfer.
