Salvaging Bugged/Changed?

for whatever reason I'm not getting any salvage from wrecks. i get the "you have successfully salvaged from this wreck" message but my cargo hold remains empty.

i'm mission running just fine and haven't DC'd for days. i'm just not getting anything, maybe its bugged on my end or the system message is incorrect.

nvm, it appears the salvage was in an invisible place holder, using the select all and emptying my hold made the stuff pop up in hanger.

You could check your inventory filters as well, having one activated hides everything that doesn't match its criteria.

Also, Bob might hate you.

I'll refer you to a recent Golem kill on my killboard for just how bad things can get if you anger Bob.

Sacrifice some exotic dancers in a can at the nearest sun, Bob loves exotic dancers. Does he even work outside of WHspace though? I thought Kspace had a restraining order out on him, thanks to the bloody Amarr, no religious tolerance.

Bob is everywhere. The Amarr may deny his presence, the Gallente may ignore it, and the Caldari may attempt to tax it, but he is still there, doling out loot drops and salvage results to the faithful and heathen alike.

Bob is the God of wormholes and loot drops, success depends entirely on how you honour him.


You'll find he is referred to in games like DayZ as well, especially when your tent and it's contents have been sucked into the inventory systems wormhole, Eve players are taking their space god to other games, and he is omnipotent.
