Hello all,

I started my free trial 8 days ago and by day 3 or so I decided to go all in and sign up. I paid my 19.95 (which as already been deducted from my bank account), but yet I still have restrictions on what skills I can train for, as i'm told I'm still on my trial subscription.

Having already paid, I'd think I would be able to play without these restrictions. I'm told by these messages in the game when I click on an item, that these restrictions will be lifted once I register my account. Roll

Wasn't my account registered when I paid the $19.95? Whats going on here?

Depends on how you paid, if it's via Paypal there's usually a delay of a couple of days. If it's by any other method it might be worthwhile contacting customer services via email on support@eveonline.com. They should be able to clear it up fairly rapidly.

My suggestion as we as fellow players cant really help you.

Contact CCP by filing a petition under billing. They will be able to see what is wrong and can help you sort it out.
