OK, as we know, there was an attempt on the Caldari State Executor's, Tibus Heth, life that was twarted, after he spoke against clones, which are Capsuleers and now the DUST mercenaries.

Ishukone was instrumental in the reverse-engineering of the Sleeper technology acquired by the Amarr Templars project, with the help of the Republic Fleet, Mordu's Legion and the Gallente Federation, to extract Vince Barabin from Pike's Landing in the Amamake system.

Already Ishukone was already at odds with the Caldari Provist Directorate, ever since the TrUST act was put into effect to all Caldari corporations. The CPD used Mens Repola's daughter as an example for everyone to see what could happen to any who oppose Heth's dictatorship. Ishukone had already recalled the people who were activate to active military status sometime after the invasion of Caldari Prime, thus making Ishukone even more of a "black sheep" for the State. Also, the most recent "Anti-Heth/CPD" protest just took place in the Ishukone HQ system of Malkalen, which can reinforce that notion.

Now here is a possible option, if some things occurs in a way where Heth and/or the CPD are not ousted out of power, will Ishukone be officially declared by the State as a Public Enemy? Will Ishukone become a "pirate" faction like Mordu's Legion or the Guristas for the State and divide the current State's sovereignty a bit? I guess we will see if players will participate toward this kind of outcome, which is totally possible if there is live event opening the door a bit to this possible outcome.

All and all, this is a possibility, while retaining a lot of lore established already by two novels.

Another option could certainly be that Heth and the CPD are ousted and then the Caldari State is fragmented into Corporate States, where they agree to Non-aggression pacts with all former Caldari corporations, or to reject the office of State Executor and replace it with some kind of Board of Directors for the State, where one representative of each major Caladari corporations is present.

You mean some sort of Chief Executive Panel to run the State in the absence of an Executor?

Yes, but they would formally renounce the office of Executor, thus making the Chief Executive Panel the governing body of the State.

In other words, we'd get the State back the way it was before Heth-ler, which virtually every Caldari RPer has wanted for years.

Hmm. Let me think ab-yes please.

While I do know about a huge number of Caldari RPers are against Tibus Heth, I think an Ishukone tangent may offer a little bit more of content towards the end of Heth's regime.

There is relatively little that would prevent the "Ishukone"-faction from being made into a Khanid Kingdom like faction.

Ishukone-faction is big with something on the order of 73+ stations spread out across New Eden (not including corps they only partially own), dwarfing factions like the Khanid Kingdom, Intaki Syndicate, ORE, Mordu's, etc.

This is true of all the Caldari megacorporations for the most part (Hyasyoda & Lai Dai don't have the cluster-spanning physical presence of the rest).

Even over the past 5 years, the State has not been a clearly unified empire with occasional conflicts between the megacorporations. There was a conflict between SuVee and Lai Dai, which may have included attacks in Black Rise unrelated to the war.

Heth/CPD's current actions fail to appreciate the thin-strings that held the State together and how the State's institutions (CEP, CBT, and CN) were/are funded. The CPD is about to break KK's back (if not Wirykomi and Lai Dai right along with it) and will most likely lose the power struggle and where the power of the CPD had ascended at its initial conception, it has only waned as it attempted to do those things not broadly supported by the lower tiers of the State's megacorporations. The CPD's strength came from having the mass of humanity ready to rise up and overthrow a megacorporate elite (the 0.1%) that had failed in their duty.

All of the above being said, there is a clear problem of creating in-space content. I have yet to see a sufficiently large group of players to sign up to fight Heth's fight. Unless there is some corp/alliance of 100s of players willing to turn their game play to fighting various other Caldari factions (and others), it is unlikely to actually add much in-space content.
