What's the best Heavy Interdictor?

I'm at the point where I have the isk to get a heavy interdictor and have good enough skills to fly it well. I was wondering what is the best heavy interdictor to be flying for small gang pvp? Also mind posting fits along with your recommendation? Thanks for the help!

I would say the Broadsword. There are different opinions on the matter though. As for fits, that's what BattleClinic is for.P

Broadsword for shield, Phobos for armor.

Devoter for expendable brick tanked SRP funded supercap tackler.

Devoter is the best HIC for what a HIS is meant to do (by a long way).
That said, you don't really want a HIC anywhere near a small gang unless it's a broadsword.

Broadsword. Fit for gank, it's effective and funny.

Devoter by far can get the best tank. Its a brick.
